i had a back injury at work 2 years later if flared up again and i was moved to the office for one year. this job was then given to agency workers which i was told i could give up my 8 years service and apply for with the agency. then after a minor disagreement with a member of staff i was moved back to my original workplace and life was made very difficult. i was refused a chair eventhough other people were using them and i was given the most manual job available which aggravated my problem even more. i was advised to leave by my Gp but still have problems with my back and shoulder and have taken a job which is more suitable but for much less pay. the office job is still available through the agency.
