Just learned that my former place of employment is being sued about a situation, and my address and employment information amongst many other addresses have been requested by the plaintiff s lawyer. The name of the plaintiff s is not remotely familiar. The law office that wrote me the letter says that they may be representing me if I get a subpoena to depose in the case. Should I call the office and ask for details.
