PHIL WOOLAS HELD LIABLE FOR MAKING FALSE STATEMENTS - 4 DECISION 2 (two) LABOUR Party MPs now face Police Enquiries as they stood accused of dragging politics into the gutter. Former Immigration Minister Phil WOOLAS was Stripped of his seat as a Labour Party MP after an ELECTION COURT found him LIABLE for LYING; STIRRING UP RACIAL TENSIONS; and SPREADING LYING SMEARS about his Liberal Democrat Opponent during this year's General Election Campaign. Last night he was suspended by the LABOUR PARTY. WOOLAS LIED, FALSELY CLAIMING that the Lib Dem candidate (Elwyn Watkins) was pandering to "VIOLENT MUSLM EXTREMISTS" - an Explosive claim in the Odham East and Saddleworth constituency, which was the scene of explsive RACE RIOTS less than a decade ago. [His leaflets set out to DELIBERATELY Stir Up Racial Tensions - which is a CRIMINAL Offence!] He was responsible for producing Election leaflets full of JIBES - trying to SMEAR Mr Watkins making, amongst other things, INSINUATIONS that he was Gay and that he did not live in the Constituency - which were ALL held by the Court as NOT True! He made SPURIOUS claims that the Lim Dem candidate was being funded by a "wealthy Sheikh" [INSINUATING he was funded by an "unknown" Muslim "threat"]. The ELECTION COURT was held at Saddleworth Civic Hall before 2 (two) distinguished HIGH Court Judges: i) Mr Justice Nigel Teare and ii) Mr Justice Griffith Williams who unanimously HELD that Mr WOOLAS was LIABLE for ILLEGAL PRACTICES under ELECTION ...

For those who don't know, I was arrested yesterday morning at 8.30am at my home by 4 police officers over a false claim of assault from Sandra. They found medicinal cannabis at my home, and also arrested me for that. I was never charged with harassment, but I seem to have been issued with a piece of paper that prohibits me from going anywhere near them or the church (for now).... I was refused bail, and charged with possession and cultivation with the intent to supply, and had to see the magistrate in the morning. I was kept in a police cell for 24 hours while I waited for the hearing. I was denied my phonecall on a number of occasions. My please for water too fell on deaf ears for a very long time. I was denied access to a solicitor in the evening when I asked for one, and only saw a solicitor briefly prior to the hearing. Anyway... Im out. I was given bail on the conditions that I stay at my flat and sleep here (so no foreign protests Im afraid for me). I am next due in court on the 8th of August at 10am.
