Now the question is do I have a certain amount of time to fix my car and the insurance will still cover it? The agent I'm supposed to talk to is on vacation so I have to wait to ask her but I'm just curious.

Are you kidding us? Dec of 2008? You still haven't had the repairs done? I'm not sure they will still pay at this late date
