I had a car accident in sept that was the others drivers fault I have had 3 broken ribs a pneumothorax bad knee and elbow. I have had 3 chest infections due to this and now have pneumonia. I have been off work since and am off for at least another 4 weeks. Does anyone have past experience of this or have an idea of how much compensation I will receive? Thanks in advance.
