My boyfriend and his wife 'divorced' but then his Solicitors went bust so never received the final part of the divorce (not sure what it is called) how does he find out? He has no contact with his ex-wife.

DIVORCE PAPERS? WELL CALL YOUR LOCAL COURT HOUSE AND IF IT WENT THROUGH THEY SHOULD HAVE THE COPY.

Contact the court house that the divorce was filed at, they will have a record of it, and the status of it too.

Your boyfriend needs to contact the local court house and investigate about his own divorce..he has the power to do that..
