I hav a few query regarding a hindu divorce.
this is for my friend ,who was married in 2000. no she is having 2 twin kids boys..SHe was a love marraige where her parents conducted marraige happily.
she was given 101 Soveringn gold and car. Later on her husband and het family bought this and boought,his own land in his name.When she was pregent he mother in law used to harrass her through words and did not allow to go her home for 2 and half years.
Slowly she convninced them and managed to come to home.after that her husband used to go to his home on weekends alone when coming back .there are big fights
with her for unncessary reasons. THe mother in law used to brain wash this guy tellign all the negatives and stuufs .
even if she went for work after coming she was treated badly with words.
she startd her own business with his permission, later own when she was earnign money he stopped giving money to her and kids. and ask her to take care of kids
he only used to pay kids fees. Even though she managed to give the money,she was asked to give the entire money to him. whihc she did nto allow.
He got an transfer to banglore,where he did not take the kids and her along telling that its costly.
gradullay he stopped calling her and kids once in a while he come and will not enter her house will kids alone and to his home 3 years passed by with the same thing.
Mean while recently in May 2010. she got a letter form a family court , stating all unncessary things and full of lies and blame on her.
Some of the points are
a) when she went she took all her gold and went.
b) she told to his freinds badly.
c) she is having a very bad character.
e) she did nto give money to my old mother.
in paper she they have not mentioned about the kids at all.more over the mother in law of the lady ,used to treat the kids like anythign.beating them and scolding them all the time
where they do not liek to go there and always want to be at her house with her and grand parents.
even it was been told by a nieghbour of their house ,that they are treated badly.
His and his parents idea is toget hims married by avoiding her by taking her money what was given.
theee are my queries?
SO waht could be done.
1.Who will win his case?.
2.even if they go for divorce should he has to pay for her and kids for life time?
3.Can he marry again?
4. The kids will be with whom.If she levae the kids with them the future of the kids are gone.
5. can the girls family get waht all that was given to him durign marriage.
she is more concerned about the kids. she do nto want to give the kids to them. even though they take the money and waht ever. she needs the kids is that possible.
As they are twins will they be seperated?? liek one with mom and 1 with dad.which will again effect the kids mind.beacasue they are always togeather.
Please provide me details she is one of my best friend.
