This is a law question for course work. A director has been found to be acting in a price fixing cartel and needs legal representation. Can the same solicitor be used that already acts for the PLC as a long standing client to defend the Director or is this a conflict of interest.

Probably conflict of interest as the director and the company are different legal entities but potentially both will be involved in the same case
