Can you claim on a car's warranty if someone crashes in to you and then drives off? (In the UK)
Answer by calipink22
No, warranty only covers some items for wear and tear or malfunction. Warranty does not cover any damage due to an accident.

No, I had a person come into my dealership with a brand new Buick with the same concern.
I had to tell them we could do nothing for them, that's when they told me they were going to the Buick dealership to complain.
They were so mad and I could do nothing for them.
By the way I work at a Chrysler dealership.
I forgot to mention I told them it was a comprehensive insurance claim and they should see their insurance agent being we live in a no fault state.
This is a true story and I am still in disbelief.
