Accidental damage,
When a solicitors firm has won a case regarding accidental damage by claiming from a foreign insurance company, do they have to provide you with a breakdown of what they have been paid by this foreign insurance company?
I do feel as a customer that I do have the right to know what exactly the cost of the legal fees are, and what is reasonable which percentage will be paid out to me.
I have tried to get this information after we won the case, but they are reluctant to provide me this info, which makes me suspicious.
Many thanks for your support!

Lawyers and politicians will both cost you
complain to the local law society

You could persist with your request or try a Freedom of Information request and see what happens with that. They may treat it as priviledged information and deny you access to it.
