My boyfriend was arrested 3 weeks ago for assault with intent he was released yesterday and went right back for the same thing. His previous charges were dropped to a misdemeanor. But charges were pressed last night (they weren't the first time). Anyways his lawyer went off of his bond what does that mean for him?

The words you have posted have no meaning. I do not have the slightest idea what you are talking about.

Sorry to learn about your problem. I was in a similar one a month or so back. I had a baffling time finding a great attorney. You can telephone the state bar association and acquire a referral, or use a internet site alike DirectAdvocate.com and post your case, and let attorney's bid to help you. I did the later and had a phone call the next day and saved a good bit.

I'm pretty sure you're talking about the bondsman - not the lawyer. If a bondsman goes off the bond, then the person who has been bonded would go back to jail. In other words, this can be referred to as bail revocation. It most likely happened when the charges were pressed again.
