What types of businesses are most likely to need employee counselling?
I need the answer to this for a project at school. So what do you think? Is it real estate agencies? Insurance companies? Surgeries, schools, solicitors, etc.? If you can, please give one or 2 arguments.

Policemen are exposed to people in all walks of life. Just like the words painted on some of their cruisers "Protect and Serve". They are involved in dire situations and see al ot of violence and they, themselves become targets. That stress would require counseling.
Fire Department personnel usually witness the devastation fires cause people's lives and their property. Imagine seeing a charred body or a partially burned victim. Or someone you cannot save and you are unable to rescue because you know you will die trying. Counseling, indeed.

They collected corpses. I am certain that could not have been pleasant. Trying to keep order among all the homeless people, some of which turned on each other, compounding the problem. Counseling.
Nowadays gun toting sociopaths enter our schools/colleges and violently murder and terrorize students. Those surviving students and teachers may require counseling.
Not to be funny, but a counselor may, themselves need counseling. Think about all of the troubles they hear and have to help people with. That could become stressful in itself.
Oh, and let's not forget the brave Americans who unselfishly defend our country. The Navy, The Army, The Airforce and The Marines. The stress of war would certainly land me in
a counselors office.
