The more effort you put in, the more chance you'll stand out. 4) Academic acheivement -- Work hard for a 2:1 or 1st. 5) Ensure you include any work experience and transferable skills to add value to your application. How to be successful at interview: 1) Be prepared -- do your homework so that you know about the firm before you walk in the door. 2) Create a good first impression -- this will show the social skills you will be using with clients. 3) Be yourself, be natural and let your personality shine through.
