Shortlisted for Initial Discussion?

Posted by 70sfamily | 4:00:00 PM

Hi there,

I've just been shortlisted for a training contract at a Solicitors' firm (finally!). The first hurdle is a two-stage interview process; the first stage consisting of an "initial discussion".

Anyone have any ideas as to what an initial discussion entails?

Thanks for your help.

Business ideas and Skills. I think.
Need to talk of where company is and going, what skills and products there are going to focused on.
School training and support.
Financial base, stability. and growth.
look for these if not others in their discussion. I mean look after these, prepare for what they need with a call to them asking for materials and thought views for the discussion.
