She headed down to hospital claim that it was our dog who cause her injuries and is seeking for us to pay for her bill there are no signs of fights between the dogs they are both fine there was no blood any where in the house and now she is making legal threats... I have express to her that we need proof that it was dog since there was no witness to this incident no police report was file... she took matters into her own hands... can she go legal against us? and with this explanation I add she has been going through financial trouble and it is my impression that she is looking for an easy way to fix her financial situation

no without some sort of proof the police wont even listen. tell her to crack on and do what she wants. nothing will come of it so don't worry.

She needs proof that your dog caused the problem. You need proof of her misrepresentation.
Result: stalemate. When her rental contract comes up for renewal don't renew it. The property may need 'renovations'?

If your dog was on a leash or in a fenced in yard, you would not have this problem, lesson to all

Honestly, most attorneys would not waste their time with this foolishness. If she does file a complaint (as in a civil lawsuit), you can counter-sue for filing a frivolous complaint. But, at the end of the day, it doesn't sound like she has any money to collect. I'd let her know that she is free to go to the police or consult with an attorney.

Of course, she is living in your property. If you think she is going to do something crazy in retaliation, you might just want to pay the bill and be done with it. Decide whether paying the bill is worth the peace of mind of not dealing with the stress of legal threats. If she is the sort to go pouring concrete down your pipes, pay the bill and at least know that karma will get her back at some point.

Obviously, don't renew her lease.

If there"s no evidence , I would not worry about a thing . I'd say your right about going for a easy way out to fix her $ situation.

Yes she can sue you. Course she will have to prove that your dog is responsible for any injury to her dog. If she can't then she doesn't have a case and it probably won't make it to court. If she goes forward with this get a lawyer. Start building a case of your own that will debunk anything she brings against you.
