Financial troubles continue for Lewisburg Area Recreation Authority
LEWISBURG — The Lewisburg Area Recreation Authority has been bouncing checks — with the penalties in the hundreds of dollars — despite the financially troubled organization receiving almost $ 50,000 in advanced payments from East Buffalo Township and Lewisburg to cover expenses.
