i had to go to trial for a traffic accident and didn't win my case they didn't find no one at fault but i counter sued the person for liability for damages. i lost and i have to pay for court fees and lawyers fees. does my car insurance cover that or i have to pay out of pocket becuase i had a lawyer to represent me. also they began to garnish my wages but i went to court to lower the payments but now they want to put a lien on my property but the judge granted my monthly payments can they still overturn this decision, help
