hey guys, i have a problem, i was working for almost an year at a factory throught a recruitment agency. i went abroad a few months back, and also left the job (i had completed almost a full yr.) so i was allowed holiday pay. the agency confirmed to me that i would get the money in my bank account within a week (at the time i left). it wasn't sent, so i called them up many more times, and still they say it'll be there in a week, 2 weeks, end of week, etc. and last week i talked to them again, and they say that it's too late now. and i talked to the manager later last week. he said to me that he'll talk to his boss and ring me soon. it's been a week now, how long would it take him to talk to his boss & get back to me? so clearly they're just messing about, and the amount of money is over 500 pounds. a friend of mine suggested that i contact a solicitor about it, as it's a lot of money, which takes hard work to be earned. so guys what should i do? i search online, couldn't find any info on it, so thought of asking here, hope you guys can help me. thanks a lot bye
