I don't know but I would throw some money behind the killing of the Patriot Act too. As would any real American who doesn't enjoy the tactics of fear to introduce unconstitutional legeslation.

It's a really stupid question. The Patriot Act doesn't even affect the interests of the American Trial Lawyers Association. It doesn't inhibit the filing of tort lawsuits in any way. How about putting a little bit of thought into your next question, genius?

The so-called "Patriot" act too closely resembles something one would expect Putin to force on the citizens of the old Soviet Union.
