They say that if you are not succesful its a no win no fee basis... and if you do win then you get to keep 100% of money made? so where does their profit come from?
Answer by Lawson West LLP
When Lawson-West assist with a personal injury claim after an accident that was someone else's fault, Lawson-West arrange a no win no fee agreement. This means our clients don't pay any expenses, such as for court fees or medical reports. In the unlikely event an accident claim fails, our clients would not pay a penny. Lawson-West would not get paid either, so Lawson-West have a vested interest to ensure their clients' claims succeed and our clients get 100% of their accident compensation.
When our clients' accident claims succeed, our clients will get 100% of their accident compensation. The other side, typically the insurers of the person who caused the accident, will pay Lawson-West's costs as well as the compensation due to the injured person. This means Lawson-West will pass on 100% of the accident compensation as the other side, typically the insurers, will pay Lawson-West's costs.
