ANSWERS:
The yahoo lottery company is a very reputable company, and we have a 100% guarantee pay back of your fee, should there be any reason for the delay of your lottery winnings. It is also stated in your claim certificate which is fully endorsed by the British law under the royal court of London.
The fee of the $ 100 like I said earlier stands as a Certificate fee, which empowers the paying bank to pay your lottery claims and it also proves that you are the beneficiary of the lottery claims.
The lottery winnings has been fully insured and no one is authorized to either deduct or transfer the winnings without the presenting the claims certificate as a proof, this is just a way of avoiding scam. It is also in the interest of every lucky winner.
Finally, The annual yahoo Lottery Company is in partnership with the money gram transfer in Africa, it is another way of helping to fight poverty in Africa.
Yours truly,
Benjamin Adams.

Yahoo is fully aware of all these scams. They have been going on for years. The FBI is also aware and watching and trying to follow them. They do catch them eventually. They move around and change their address. Anyone can use a Yahoo address. It is not smart to even open these things, it sends a message back to them that your address is active and it will never stop. They just pass from one scammer to another.
