a week ago on the way to holiday we had a car crash nothing massive a few scratchs we took the woman details and nothing else happened, but yesterday i started to get bad back pains and people are saying it could be whiplash and to make a claim but we cant find the womans details what should i do?

First off, I would go see a doctor. Back injuries shouldn't be ignored.

When I got in a minor car crash I had chest pains for about a month, maybe you should wait it out. But if the pain is unbearable then definitely go see a doctor.
