Hi there, I think I'm entitled to claim back unfair credit charges on several old credit cards. I have found a company called 'My Claims Expert.co.uk' They claim to carry out all work on a no win no fee basis - has anyone had dealings with this company? I would be so grateful for any advice. P.s. My credit cards are now with a debt collection agency - will this prevent me from claiming back the charges?

Most terms of cards say you have to dispute a charge with a certain amount of time from the statement date it appears on. I think it was 60 days. Card companies will use this clause because the companies that charged you are protected from your dispute as well.
Just my .02.
And any company that offers services outside the terms are shady from what I've seen.
