I had an accident awhile ago and the person that i had the accident with has claimed in the small county court to recover her insurance excess. Is it possible that my solicitor attend the court instead of me as i have migraine and stress of the court will leave me with a killig headache for at least 72 hours. I asked the court and a lady told me that it is possible that my lawyer attends the court instad of me if i write to the judge 7 days in advance. does anybody know it?
