I am a south Asian, I have been legally working under so and so company in bucharest, Romania. 1 year has passed recently, immigration officers have given me a Return decision paper to my home country within 15 days starts from the paper given date. I have got work permit visa for Romania for 2 years. But now, company is not going to make my Temporary Residence paper ( visa ) for 1 year. I have few days to leave Romania. I have met a government lawyer and he says, he could make my TRP (visa) for 1 year. Is it possible to make me legal in this background ? please, Help me out
