Last friday when i was due to give blood (im a blood donor) the nurse had problems trying to locate the vein in my arm to get the blood from with the needle and after she and a fellow nurse told me to clench my fist and do the 'blood pumping' action, she put the needle in, and to my shock put the needle right up (or possibly against) the central nerve down my arm (according to a person on the phone from the Nat. Blood Service Medical Issues)
Anyway since then my left arm has been killing me, and its impossible to move my forearm without being in some form of pain. The person on the phone said that it cud take a maximum 8-10weeks b4 it fully heals and that I have to rest my arm, but its near impossible for me to rest whilst not moving my arm at all.
I am contemplating on claiming compensation, but it could just be a long hassle and uneccesary really. But Its something that im thinking about if my arm were to get worse, which I hope it doesn't. Any Advice…

You should definetly go and see a doctor about this problem that you are having and then possibly think about getting a lawyer.
