I had a no win no fee contract with my solicitor but he wants me accept a very low out of court settlement and said if I don't agree, then the no win no fee contract will cease and he will charge me for any further correspondence ,there are 2 months left until the trial against my previous employer for unfair dismissal and discrimination ,what can I do?

if u dont like the settlement, u can terminate the contract with your current solicitor, and find another no win no fee solicitor to take over to negotiate a better deal.
