Lawyer rests case on Naia terminal-3
A public interest lawyer who initiated a number of cases in connection with the Ninoy Aquino International Airport--Terminal 3 has opted not to take any more action on the anti-trust complaint he filed against the officers of the German firm Fraport and its local partner, the Philippine International Air Transport Company due to the inaction of the government.

DOJ to review anti-trust suits vs PIATCO, Fraport
The Department of Justice said Monday it will review the cases filed against Philippine International Air Terminals Co. Inc. (PIATCO) and German transport firm Fraport AG for supposedly violating the regulations on unfair competition and monopolies.
