Very little damage to their rear bumper .I spoke with them for a good 10-15 mins. outside of their vehicle walking around, they said they were fine. They went on to go shopping immediately following the accident. 3 days later an attorney contacts my insurance company and says they are suing claiming injury-what? Also she said it was the 3rd time she was rear end this year, just got her car back 2 weeks prior from last accident. What are her chances she'll be successful at suing ?

sounds like she makes a career of it, so her lawyer has had practice! talk to your adjuster, tell them your observations and opinion, get witnesses' statements if you can, and then let your insurance handle it because they have lawyers you could only dream of affording.

Wow, are you in deep doodoo - sorry. Look at your policy limits since the insurance typically takes care of things.
It is true that many injuries (soft tissue that can't be proved) are felt days after an accident but if this is the 3rd accident for these people, how are they going to prove that this accident is the cause of their pain? If there is little damage, that wouldn't cause great injury since you probably didn't hit them very hard.
I bet they didn't get anything from the other accidents and they are looking at "deep pockets." The insurance company should take care of you.
Good luck! I've been been re-ended several times and it's only been a few trips to the chiropractor.
