I was in a car wreck. Everyone seemed to be ok at the scene; no ambulance was called. Now, the other party is claiming injury. Now, I was hurting at the scene but to say I was injured well...How do insurance companies take to people who claim injury after the fact. I know it is possible to have injuries show up later but this guy was all over the place at the scene. Any input? thanks

Occasionally injuries may be felt a day or two later. Beyond that it's not likely you have any significant injury. Insurance companies have a time limit on claiming for injuries after an accident (unless it's an ongoing injury like a broken bone or a coma). Check with the insurance company.

I believe an injury can be claimed upto 24 hours after the accident.

Sounds like he had some minor injury your insurance company will settle with them.
Yeah its possible to have a injury show up the next day, usually though its just a soft tissue injury.
