come on i am sure some get so fed up doing wrong and always being on the run so suppose police stations all across the globe had days to let criminals just turn them selves in would it work?? and i get so fed up with these dam cops whom are so stressed out they get way out of line at times....

Police stations are open every day and welcome criminals who want to turn themselves in.
They dont have to make a day for it. They are welcome any day of the week.
Preferably if they have already handcuffed themselves and written out a list of their crimes.

The can only turn themselves in on days that end in "Y".
And cops are not stressed out due to their job, which is basically writing tickets and trying to bust some kid with a doobie in his pocket instead of solving and preventing actual violent crimes, but because the type of people who become cops are ex-school bullies who are not intelligent enough to understand or cope with the world around them so they are perpetually angry and stressed.
