I've been waiting for compensation on disability for a few years and every lawyer I encounter act as if they are afraid to go before a judge.

Lawyers don't "help" anyone, they take a case, if there is something in it for them. That's not help, it's work.
They are not afraid of anything but wasting their time or money.

If the lawyers won't take your case,it is because they know you will not win. They will not take a case unless they feel they can win, otherwise they will not get paid.

I couldnt get a lawyer until I had been denied three times. If it is not an obvious case, they make you wait until that point like I did. A WC specialist gets only a small court-ordered fee so they take lots of cases.
