it never happen to me but i heard it happen to lot of people..
since i have lots of debt, i don't really care anymore..
a law firm (i check their number, turns out they threaten a lot) and ask me to call them back for pending civil suit, guessing from one of those collection agencies..
long story short, if i catch them threatening or misrepresenting on my voice mail, can i take them down?
I'd sue their companies or lawyer for millions for threatening me and damaged my mental health, though i would do it just for spite regardless, coz i hate lawyer and CA anyway. Is it possible?

So you want to sue someone for harassing you because you spent their money? You are a dope and all that is wrong with the legal system. Why don't you be responsible and pay your own damn debt and they wouldn't be calling you. Or better yet, call Obama and ask for a check......everyone else in your state is already paying for your deadbeat lazy ass. What a moron you are. Get off your ass and get a job.

You have a lot of debts so you really don't care, but you want to sue them for damaging your mental health because they are trying to collect those debts?
I hate to tell you, but if you decide that for some asinine reason you think you can sue someone for threatening you with legal action for a valid debt, you will have to hire one of those same lawyers that you hate so much, and file in the state you hate so much.

Good luck with that one.
Maybe focusing on getting your own life in order would go a long way regarding your, "mental health."
It appears you create most of your own problems at the present time.

Most threats are quite lawful. If you discern a violation of the fair debt collections practices act, you can probably sue to recover your actual damages. As you already announed your intended emotional distress, any such claim would make you a liar and a thief.

Nope, but with the way its going, I would not be surprised if in the near future you can sue for somebody calling you a childish name.
