i was involved in a one vehicle accident, I was a passenger and got a c-1 fracture, i signed a contract with an atty where i was living and moved out of state,After months of waiting he called and said the insurance company cut the check (he photo copied it) and that I missed a ten day period where the hospital was willing to negtiate Its far less than my medical bills and he is making more from me than i am being awarded i was on disability and he said medicare medicasd would get everything if i didnt sign it over to him ive tried to fire him 5 times and he is now suing me for 40% of the award and saying I wasnt communincating with him Please help me I cant get a straight answer from anyone
