I have just bought a new house on a small 16 house development only to now find that a planning regulation requires that the rear bedroom windows have their glass obscured by an opaque film to prevent me from seeing out overlooking the neighbours house. This was not disclosed to me through my solicitor during the purchase of the house. Can I sue the developer or my solicitors for non disclosure?

B. If this is a requirement, why didn't the building inspector catch it.
