i asked a previous question about people claiming whiplash.
#1 i believe that the claim is 100% false.
but i was wondering, if they successfully claim for whiplash, how is it payed? does your insurance pay or do you. i have a £250 excess that if we claim off insurance, we have to pay that amount, but I'm wondering will we have to pay for their whiplash claim totally by ourselves?

Unsure what country/state your in. Under normal circumstances in Calif., injury claims for the other party are paid under liability coverage (BI-bodily injury) and it's only paid if your at fault for the accident.
