Friend in trouble needs to hire a trial lawyer going to interview them.. the trouble is don't know what makes a good trial lawyer.

Answer by Robert Rick
Tell them you are flat broke, and see if they are still willing to take on your case. Seriously, look for the humaine factor, and past performance. Make sure the price is right, and is payable only if and when you win your case, and you get more than his or her services cost. Maximum 25% for the lawyer and 75% for you.

The best is ask him of his trial outcomes of the past. Find out if he's a good trial lawyer. Note that a trial cost lots of money, see if you can't find a lawyer that could get u to cop a good plea. Remember...Justice isnt blind. The Jury has eyes. Also they dont have to prove w/ out a reasonable doubt that your guilty, 12 people just have to think you are. If they think you did it. You did it.
