Take down notice issued then what? - Can someone tell me what to do once you have issued a 'take down notice' (it's already cost thousands in legal fees) and the blog remains and hasn't been taken down. You know who wrote the blog, you know it's definitely defamatory material and you can prove this. Can it go to court without paying further legal costs?
Answer by Sky Blue
You can take them to small claims court and the cost will depend on what state and county you live in. There is also an amount level in which you can sue in small claims court.
To win a law suit it is always wise to have an attorney with larger matters.
