I have been getting all kinds of solicitors at my door and I do not want them.

I recently put up a no soliciting sign and with that sign can they no longer come to my door by law?

On any property not gated, there is no 'presumption of privacy' up to the front door.

This is to allow EMT, policemen, the mailman etc... to walk to your property to give their services.

As far as the solicitors go, I don't know the law.... it depends where you live. If you can afford it, consider a buzz box. They buzz it and you can speak to them from inside your home.

I think there is a three solicitor bag limit and the season ends on September 1st here in Texas. I believe you can get a combination fishing-solicitor hunting license for about $ 30! :-)
