I am a nurse bullied and harrassed by my PCT, they have broken every rule in the book of their own policies and procedures. I know I have a very good case for constructive dismissal but I can't afford a solicitor. The RCN is not pro active enough and is letting the PCT get away with murder. I wrote to my manager complaining about my treatment, the day it was received I was punished by being removed from my clinical practice and placed on paperwork duty, no reasons given (because there aren't any).After nine months they still won't give reasons and I am still not able to do my clinical work. I am a very experienced practice nurse. I have been undermined, slandered and made to look foolish in front of my colleagues who all draw their own conclusions as to what I have done. The PCT are guilty of defamation of character and a host of other things including breach of contract. The RCN is only reactive. Litigation is expensive so they allow this to go on, I need proper professional help.
