I submitted and offer on a flat a little while ago. While completing the necessary documentation my solicitor found a difference between the land registry plans and the lease plans. This concerned me enough for me to withdraw my offer on the property. I have heard from someone that the seller can now attempt to claim her solicitors fees back from me. Is this correct? Should I be concerned about legal action?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Not likely, as the withdrawal was for proper legal reasons.
