I was involved in a car accident my car was total the adjuster already came by and make the report they have the claim because they acknolwledge it already but has not giving me a settlement and has been 1 month since the accident so I feel like this guys are giving me the long run and if so can you please let me know who else can I contact to report them or what else can I do to speed the process I need a new car?????

The same thing happened to me and I'm very frustrated so I had to get a lawyer I'm sadly to say. I was injured and still they're still ignoring me. And now its going to take awhile know. But its been three months and I'm still out of a car. I need my car because I'm disabled and its hard for me to get along without one. All I can say is try to hang on, or ask your attorney,or a family member for a small loan.
