Iam an Indian lawyer with H4 status in US. What i have to do if i need to practice in US courts? or can I get a job in legal field in us?

As long as he/she passes the Bar exam in the state he/she wants to practice law.

you may need to change your immigration status from H-4 to H-1B (for higher education immigrants) which is taking effect soon, this could fast-track your status. you must also be able to pass the state bar exam and meet ethics qualifications.
