I am currently suing the council for breach of contract on my property, my solicitor says I will be entitiled to compensation. But will I be able to claim benefits if i get a payout?

Answer by Joe B
What kind of benefits?

The legal term you're referring to "expectation damages" google this term with your state and you'll have the answer.

If you get a payout, you'll agree to end every aspect of the case by taking the agreement.

Answer by Actions have consequences
