I was involved in a rear end collision and was compensated for vehicle and injury by negligent person insurance. However, I feel the compensation was not enough, can I file a claim with my insurance and receive more money for injuries caused by accident? If so, what should I do? what should I say? Thank You

If you have uninsured/under-insured motorist coverage the answer is yes. You may also have limited medical payment coverage . Check with your insurance company for a definitive answer. r
