I have a friend her one of her major goals is to be in the Olympics and I honestly believe that she can do it. She started distance running less than a year ago and her 3200 time is already in the 11min range. I have agreed that if she really wants this I will be with her all the way by being her personal injury treatment and prevention specialist, massage therapist and motivater. What book's or sites do you recommend that would help me learn more about becoming a sports specialist?

honestly, if she wants to go to the olympics she'd need a professional trainer. you can definitely motivate her and help her along the way though. Read "Fast Track" by Suzy Favor Hamilton and subscribe to Runner's World magazine. also, check out their website for tips on training and nutrition.
