I know that they are trying to convince people that they will take on any case, but by showing scenarios which would be laughed out of court, are they being responsible?

Answer by John
They will. If it is a case that looks bad or may go to court, they will give the case to a different law firm. Most of the time, the help line's attorneys will only make a few phone calls to settle a case. Those accident helplines help and heart the leagal industry. But if your law firms not one that " gives gifts" to those helplines, you will not get any cases from them.
