I was staying a hotel, housekeeping say they say ask on the desk in the room and smells of smoke. I didn't smoke in the rooms ask must have fell from my clothes or belongings and cigarettes do have a strong scent when you safe half for later.
The claim statement format:
Defective or wrong merchandise or service
1 Describe service i purchased:
2 Describe the defect or difference between what was purchased and what was received.

3 Y/N was I able to correct the dispute?
4 Was the merchandise returned ? No money was charged to my card.

How can I use this format to be refunded the incidental fee (smoking). Please help i need to make it believable as possible the hotel was in the wrong to charge me.

you dont have to use a certain format.
i actually think it's better to settle it in a casual way.
of course it's going to be some work to convince them since
your story seems like a far stretch.
just say that you didn't do what they think you did.
dont try to defend yourself by thinking of ways that would explain the "evidence"
because that's not on you.
simply state that you did no wrong and if you have a good history then you shouldn't worry about it.
