my baby mother has made serious alligations against me and ive been told that she is trying to stop me getting access to my son as she has no control over our son we dont live together but she is a wicked lady ive been told to seek legal advice and i really dont have no money to pay solicitors fee etc, but these alligations are really doing my head in which are not true. what advice would you give me apart from knocking her block of, she has not contacted the police as any mother would regarding these alligations against me coz it is quite serious. a mother would go forward to the police if these alligations were true and find out coz she has not told me all of these she has told my oldest son about it which is wrong to do but she wont answer her fone when i call her what should i do

You need to seek legal counsel is what you need to do. Child custody/ and child visitation issues are not only stressful but the manipulations that both parties do to get their way is like two spoiled children wanting the same toy to play with.
Let the courts mandate what your rights are and have the courts issue reasonable visitation scheduled on specific dates and times. By using the system (COURT) you have your rights as these childrens' father spelled out for you.
Not all attorney's charge an arm and a leg and some will even do an occasional PRO-BONO...(rare---but I know our law firm does)

Well if theses allegations are as serious as you say they are, she will need proof (ie police records) to back her up. If she hasn't contacted the police she's prolly just threatening you.
Can you not apply for legal aid or something if you have a low income? Some solicitors offer free advice for the 1st hour. Phone around.
Alternatively, you could try the citizens advice centre.
She's just trying to turn your eldest son against you. If he has a brain, he'll be able to work out her lies and it will go against her in the long run.
Good luck.

The best defense is the truth, if it's not true don't even deal with the BS!
